 I am really passionate about building innovating software that delivers real business value and transform business organizations. Also, while I am very fascinated about the business side of the software development and have performed in many roles over the years, I love programming and solving problems with technologies. The majority of my time has been spent working with Java, Ruby and Flex, although I have programmed professionally in several other languages. I have a strong academic background and experience in object oriented design, multi tier distributed applications and Agile methodologies. I have been involved in consulting, leading, mentoring and developing various software projects that have given me the opportunity to work in areas like designing high-volume business applications, object relational mapping, managing business objects as well as modern web technologies. I am also very familiar with programming techniques like refactoring, unit testing, continues integration, and the overall team dynamic and communications.
